Landscapes

An overview of the various landscape series. Landscape is a central theme of my photographic work. I am interested in how we live in it, how we use and alter it – and how it shapes us.

This relationship has two sides. One is visible in the landscape itself: in the traces and layers of its history and human use. The other is no less important: landscape is also identity and home, memory and longing, a sense of place.
